DIVORCE
Divorce, divorce reasons, custody, property regimes, compensation, alimony are regulated within the scope of the second book of the Turkish Civil Code, which is Family Law. Divorce is the termination of marriage by a court decision based on a reason specified in the law while the spouses are alive, as a result of a lawsuit filed by one of the spouses.

CUSTODY

Custody represents the legal authority given to parents to make decisions regarding the child's life, education, health, and overall welfare.
