REINSTATEMEN CASES
Reinstatement Lawsuit; It is a type of lawsuit filed by employees who work under an indefinite-term employment contract within the scope of the Labor Law or the Press Labor Law, in cases where their employment contracts are terminated by the employer without valid cause (unjustly), aiming to be re-employed by the same employer under the same conditions.
